Job Description

The New York Red Bulls are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS). RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, have competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Sport Illustrated Stadium (SIS) in Harrison, New Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters' Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation's premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director Events and Fan Experience leads the strategic vision, creative development, and flawless execution of all live events and fan touchpoints for Red Bull New York - both inside Sports Illustrated Stadium and across the greater New York/New Jersey region.

This leader will serve as the executive producer for matchday entertainment and all external fan and community events, ensuring every Red Bulls experience reflects the club’s brand, culture, and commitment to innovation. This role requires deep experience in live event production, cross-functional collaboration, and audience engagement strategy - bringing the Red Bulls story to life from street to seat and beyond.

The Director oversees Event and Fan Experiences across Game Presentation and Field Marketing, working closely with internal teams (Marketing, Partnerships, and Ticketing) and external partners (vendors, entertainers, agencies) to deliver world-class experiences that grow fandom, drive revenue, and strengthen community connection.
