Job Title: Dietitian

Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Pay Range: $45 – $48 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with weekend coverage as needed
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Inpatient Dietitian for a 13-week contract assignment. The Dietitian will be responsible for providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients of all age groups in an inpatient hospital setting.
Deliver MNT and assess patients' nutritional status using standardized screening tools
Diagnose malnutrition and implement tailored nutritional care plans to improve patient outcomes and reduce length of stay
Manage nutrition orders, supplements, and therapeutic diets in accordance with physician protocols
Monitor and adjust enteral and parenteral nutrition therapies, including formula selection and supplementation
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and care plans in electronic medical records
Contribute to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Participate in care team rounds, staff development, and departmental meetings
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient and/or critical care nutrition
CNSC (Certified Nutrition Support Clinician) certification strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
