Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying real estate opportunities to grow our footprint, performing real estate data analysis, Pro forma, and market analysis, and provider real estate project management services in coordination with the facilities team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, developers, government agencies, and residents to ensure that our real estate projects align with our business and mission interests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development and project analysis. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact while driving successful real estate ventures.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends in real estate, including property values, rental rates, vacancy rates, and demographic data.
  • Provide specific real estate and market analysis based on Goodwill's unique needs.
  • Assist in the valuation and financial modeling of real estate properties for acquisition, disposition, and development.
  • Analyze the financial performance of real estate assets and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Using data analysis techniques, assist with due diligence for potential property acquisitions, including reviewing leases, contracts, and financial pro formas.
  • Support the negotiation process by providing market data, cost analysis, and financial assessments.
  • Monitor and maintain real estate databases and reporting systems.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, local zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of facilities-related projects, space planning, and building infrastructure improvements.
  • Develop and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Excel, MS Project, Procore, or similar).
  • Coordinate with Regional Facilities Managers and external contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to provide market and real estate project analysis.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant real estate management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods (e.g., DCF, Cap Rates, ROI).
  • Experience with real estate software and databases (e.g., CoStar, ARGUS, Excel).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
