What You’ll Do

  • Design, prototype, and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and implementation.
  • Create and refine engineering standards and detailed specifications.
  • Analyze performance data to detect patterns and guide design and reliability improvements.
  • Author test procedures from product requirements and execute verification activities.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and verification across the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot cross‑discipline issues and optimize system performance with partner teams.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and capability development.

What You Bring

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of experience in systems or controls engineering; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently while offering technical guidance.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree; experience with systems engineering methodologies and lifecycle management; familiarity with advanced data analysis tools; prior work on global, cross‑functional teams.
