Senior Salesforce Developer will be supporting a large hospital system.

• Complex business processes thorough understanding of workflows, approval processes, and validation rules

• Work in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and other Business analytic platforms

• Operate daily in GIT driven DevOps team structure

• Lead Requirements gathering meetings with existing and potential stakeholders

• Make intelligent data model decisions and chose the right controller solution

Description of Responsibility

Generate Tasks from User Stories on project backlog

• Accurately estimate task level of effort

• Provides estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be finished.

• Generate code based solutions to complete backlog tasks

• Write unit tests & performance tests

• Utilize Git versioning and CI build & release tools

• Analyze, Model and Predict Data trends

• Be able to train, lead and run projects in a development environment

Oversee and participate in the day-to-day support and maintenance activities.

· Understand assigned applications and system architecture

· Lead troubleshooting activities

· Work on assignments involving the use of various technologies both old and new.

· Develop software with a focus on delivering reusable code.

· Mentor other developers on the applications and system architecture.

· Complete assignments on time.

· Work as part of a team and work independently.

· Direct the performance of simple, moderate and complex programming assignments within the department

· Provide after-hours/on-call support as needed

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ year's hands-on developing Salesforce application experience

• Build Salesforce apps from Aura & Lightning Web Components

• Build system integrations by accessing Data, REST, & SOAP connections

• Expose Salesforce data by programming custom REST endpoints & Platform Event Queues

• Create analytic tools based on Salesforce Einstein capabilities

• Experience in an Agile Kanban framework experience

• Familiarity with common Javascript frameworks

• Experience working in Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other Business analytic platforms

• Develop Salesforce presentations using MS Power Point

• Experience integrating/ interfacing with different technologies within the Force.com platform

• Gathering business requirements (Business Analyst Experience)

• Certifications Required: Platform Developer II (PDII) - Strong development and architectural mindset- Apex and LEX Web Component knowledge preferred

• Certifications - One of the following is strongly preferred:

· Any Domain Architect credential

· Community Cloud Consultant

· Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant

· Sales Cloud Consultant

· Service Cloud Consultant
