We are seeking an International Payroll Manager who will be responsible for the accuracy and compliant administration of all international payroll activities across multiple countries. This role will manage payroll processes, reporting, employee life cycle changes, and global expansion efforts related to payroll. Reporting to the Vice President People Operations the ideal candidate will have strong technical payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and experience working with international regulations and vendors.  The role is based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Responsibilities :
Global Payroll Management
  • Oversee and process all international payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations for Türkiye, El Salvador, the United Kingdom, and Singapore as well as payroll issued through EoRs.
  • Act as the primary liaison with in-country payroll providers and external partners to resolve payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain compliance with local tax, labor, and social security laws in each jurisdiction.
  • Interface directly with key individuals such as country finance leader, country payroll lead, country accounting firms, and country leaders on a regular basis to ensure GA Telesis is in full compliance with all payroll and legal regulations.
  • Partner with Finance/Accounting team to ensure all country payrolls are funded properly through country banks.
  • Partner with Finance/Accounting team to ensure all invoices related to global payroll partners/accounting firms and EORs are invoiced to GA Telesis correctly and paid accordingly.
Payroll Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly global payroll reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide variance analyses, headcount summaries, and financial reporting to Finance and HR leadership.
  • Support audit and compliance reviews related to international payroll activities.
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage hires, leavers, and status changes for all international employees in partnership with HR and local partners.
  • Manage international employee contracts as required in coordination with key partner(s) in each country.
  • Manage annual employment contract renewals for individuals on consulting or advisory agreements.
  • Oversee employee data maintenance, ensuring changes are accurately reflected in HRIS and payroll systems.
Employer of Record (EOR) Oversight
  • Manage all hires, terminations, and contract updates for employees engaged through an Employer of Record.
  • Coordinate with EOR vendors to ensure alignment with company policies and legal compliance.
Benefits & Pension Administration
  • Administer and maintain international benefits and pension schemes for employees in the United Kingdom and Ireland in coordination with country partner.
  • Partner with local benefits brokers and providers to manage enrollments, renewals, and compliance.
Global Expansion & Implementation
  • Lead or support the implementation of new country payrolls as the company continues global expansion.
  • Research and recommend appropriate payroll providers and solutions for new markets.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years focused on international payroll.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple countries and currencies.
  • Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements.
  • Proficiency with global HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP GlobalView, Papaya, Deel, Remote, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
  • Understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in assigned countries.
  • Experience with global benefits and pension administration preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Payroll certifications (e.g., CPP, GPA, or CIPP) a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-growing or global technology company.
  • Proven success implementing new payroll processes or systems.
