Job Description
This role supports engineering and manufacturing teams by managing technical documentation, resolving design and supplier issues, and providing product support across quality, supply chain, and customer service. It requires strong engineering knowledge, blueprint reading, CAD software skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Day to day:
Participate/attend OEM Scorecard and other meetings to solicit design and status changes
Manage technical documentation and internal distribution of OEM technical documentation
Lead and manage technical submittals and communications for OEM design issues and supplier nonconformities

Skills and Requirements
BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aeronautical, Industrial) or 5 years of related experience.
Proficient in oral and written communication.
Capable of reading blueprints and understanding of drawing symbols including geometric tolerancing (ANSI Y14.5).
Understanding of mechanics, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
Familiar with CAD software systems preferably AutoCad, CATIA, and UG.
Ability to author reports and correspondence.
Ability to analyze and interpret customer/government standards.
Ability to schedule, organize and manage activities of others.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with suppliers and functional team employees.
Ability to travel as needed to customer, supplier, and corporate locations.
