Senior Family Law Paralegal
Springer & Steinberg, P.C. — Denver, CO (Primarily In-Office)



Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 per year (DOE)

Role Description:

We are seeking a seasoned, self-starting Senior Family Law Paralegal to support our fast-moving Domestic Relations practice. This is a primarily in-office position in our newly designed penthouse office. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, manages multiple complex matters, and produces exceptional written work product.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit high-quality pleadings and disclosures including petitions, sworn financial statements, motions, discovery responses, parenting plans, proposed orders, and trial management orders.
• Manage cases and deadlines in case management system (Filevine), including document organization and detailed case notes.
• Conduct discovery and financial analysis including bank record review, support calculations, and coordination with experts.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors while protecting confidential information.
• Support hearing and trial preparation including exhibit and witness lists, binders, subpoenas, and logistics.
• Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple matters with strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Colorado Family Law paralegal experience (divorce, custody, post-decree)
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills; writing sample required.
• Knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and local practice requirements.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage demanding caseloads.
• In-office presence required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule:
