The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and components.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
Configure Salesforce applications by creating and managing custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules , and other platform features.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Salesforce-related issues to ensure smooth system performance and a positive user experience.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices .
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation , including design specs, process flows, and user guides.
Stay informed about new Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to established coding standards and deployment practices.
4+ years of experience as a software developer .
1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer .
4+ years of experience working with .NET Framework 3.5 or higher and IIS 7.5 or higher .
4+ years of experience writing complex queries in T-SQL .
4+ years of experience developing reports using SSRS .
Strong experience developing web applications in C# using MVC , XML , and creating or consuming WCF/REST services/Web APIs .
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience working with government or public sector organizations .
