We are seeking a skilled Job Application Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity.
This role involves identifying opportunities across global job platforms that generate meaningful responses from hiring managers and recruiters.
1.Conduct comprehensive job searches across major employment platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, FlexJobs, and other relevant job boards
2.Recruit the talents I need. And be able to conduct simple interviews with applicants and assign work projects to them
3.You need to communicate with experts and determine the project. I will provide you with the project title.There may be a requirement for business trips.

Requirements:
1.Experience in using global recruitment platforms
2.Good English communication skills, paying attention to details
3.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage many applications simultaneously
