We need someone to build and lead our recruitment function from day one.
The Role
You'll own candidate delivery. When a CSM closes a deal, you make sure we deliver quality candidates fast. You'll manage recruiters, set sourcing strategy, and ensure quality across all placements.
Responsibilities:
* Build and manage the recruitment team
* Set sourcing strategy by role type and geography
* Ensure candidate shortlists are delivered on time
* Quality control on all candidates presented
* Manage ATS and recruitment processes
* Report on recruitment metrics and pipeline
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years recruitment experience
* Team lead or management experience
* BPO, staffing agency, or RPO background ideal
* Strong English communication
* Metrics-driven
* Experience recruiting across multiple geographies a plus
