Pay bills, coordinate house management and vendors for maintenance, drive elderly couple for local errands, doctors appointments, shop for food and household items, assist in food prep, light cleaning, and light caregiving. Both elders, husband and wife, are in late 70s/early 80, and want to remain living independently. These tasks are currently a few hours a day, although they may increase as the elders age. We can pay full time salary with a very attractive live-in arrangement in a usually vacant multimillion dollar luxury home. There is an private bedroom/bathroom/kitchen conversion in our sons nearby empty luxury home next door that you could live in as a house-sitter and ideally you could also provide supervision for ongoing maintenance and light remodeling. Any experience managing vendors, remodeling, interior decorating is a plus.
