Job Description

Salary: $70,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM or related technical fields
• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR and Talent Management
• Familiar with the Redwood UI and custom configurations within the HCM platform
• Solid understanding of business processes and HR principles
• Skilled in Visual Basic Scripting (VBS)
• Knowledge of integration technologies, including RESTful APIs and web services
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Engage in gathering business requirements and designing solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Customize and configure Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning
• Support data migrations, conduct system testing, and assist during go-live phases
• Create and manage VBS scripts for automation, reporting, and system integration
• Utilize VBS to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance user interactions
• Develop integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems through VBS and other technologies
• Build custom applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to expand Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and clients, providing updates to stakeholders regarding technical solutions and progress
