A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide strategic and hands-on support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where precision, discretion, and foresight are essential. The ideal candidate will be a true right hand — capable of anticipating needs, managing shifting priorities, and ensuring seamless execution across a wide range of business and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, international travel coordination, and rapid scheduling adjustments

  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO, internal teams, investors, and external partners

  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives

  • Attend select meetings or calls to capture notes and action items, ensuring follow-through and accountability

  • Organize logistics for high-level internal and external meetings, including board sessions, investor engagements, and strategic offsites

  • Manage the CEO’s workflow, priorities, and to-do lists with exceptional attention to detail

  • Anticipate operational and logistical needs, proactively resolving issues before they arise

  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

About You

  • 7+ years of experience providing senior-level executive support in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (finance, technology, or related industries preferred)

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; thrives under pressure and adapts easily to change

  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment, with the ability to read the room and communicate effectively across all levels

  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented—comfortable making decisions independently

  • Strong command of modern productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexible, professional, and driven by a “no task too small” mentality

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000, depending on experience

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) program with company match (eligibility applies)

  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays

  • Access to virtual medical services, dedicated benefits support, and employer-sponsored tax assistance programs
