Compensation: $75,000â$90,000, based on experience

About the Role
Law Mother is looking for an Estate Planning Attorney who takes initiative, moves fast, and communicates with confidence. Youâll lead client consultations, explain estate planning options in a simple and clear way, and help families understand their best path forward.

This role is very communication-heavy, client-facing, and requires someone who can build trust quickly. Youâll be the steady advisor families rely on as they make important decisions.

Responsibilities: Client Advisory â 65%
- Lead estate planning consultations via Zoom
- Ask clear, helpful questions about family goals
- Explain legal concepts in simple terms
- Give confident, direct recommendations
- Help clients move forward with completing their plan
- Create a warm, supportive experience for every family

Client Onboarding â 10%
- Set expectations and guide new clients through the next steps
- Coordinate smooth handoffs to drafting and paralegal teams
- Maintain consistent communication

Community Engagement â 10%
- Support webinars, workshops, and community events
- Help maintain referral partnerships
- Represent Law Mother with professionalism and warmth

Process Improvement â 5%
- Suggest ways to improve clarity, speed, and client experience
Â
Internal Collaboration â 10%
- Document all meetings and actions in the CRM the same day
- Communicate clearly with paralegals and operations
- Join team meetings, training, and development

Qualifications: - JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the U.S.
- Minimum 5 years of active legal practice
- Eligible and willing to obtain a Colorado law license
- Willing to travel to Colorado annually for training
- Strong comfort speaking with clients
- Warm, clear, confident communication style
- Fast starter who takes initiative
- Strong tech skills (Zoom, CRM, Google Workspace)
- Organized, process-driven, and reliable
- Professional presence and strong emotional intelligence
