Seeking a and experienced and enthusiastic full-time Facility Operations Manager for our residential and commercial properties. As the Facility Operations Manager, you will guide the day-to-day operations of all our properties in a manner that ensures objectives are met through well-trained and knowledgeable staff. Exceeds company goals and expectations of total quality service, profitability, sales, and customer services Key Performance Indicators.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the construction project
Performs quality control inspections on all homes under construction; completes walk-through inspections to ensure cleanliness and to note maintenance to be performed
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Work with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
Reliable amp; dependable
Self-motivated amp; efficient
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented
Knowledge of Builder Trend software amp; Microsoft Office applications
License:
Valid Driver’s License required
